Garthan Saal, better known as Nova Corps Officer Rhomann Dey, is a supporting character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), specifically within the Guardians of the Galaxy branch.

He first appeared in the *Guardians of the Galaxy* movie as a member of the Nova Corps stationed on Xandar.

Played by John C. Reilly, Dey initially viewed the Guardians with suspicion, as criminals, but ultimately aided them in defending Xandar from Ronan the Accuser's attack.

He is portrayed as a dedicated and somewhat humorous member of the Nova Corps.
